My Mission is to hold safe space to allow for deeper connection to self, your Passions and your Divine Purpose.
Live With Divine Purpose & Passion
To achieve elevated wholeness and quality of this life, one can choose to reconnect to their Divine Purpose and by connecting to this, our Passion for this life can be reignited. The most common hurdle in doing so is that we forget our greatness through our life experiences by accepting limiting beliefs and often not even being aware of what those limits area and how they may be affecting us in our growth.
I meet you where you are currently on your journey and through gentle coaching sessions, realistic goal setting and applying holistic tools and practices, my goal is to help you step into a more mindful direction towards the life you are meant to live and to be reminded that healing, wholeness and joy are all possible!
Some of the areas we may work with include but are not limited to relationship goals, inner child trauma or beliefs, self worthiness and self care, sexual trauma and empowerment, professional goals, belief systems, physical activities, eating habits and relationship with food, and embracing more creative activities.
Reconnecting to a deeper understanding of self and your Passions, allow you to achieve your higher potential of Purpose and creating more flow and peace just as it is meant for you.

ELEVATE YULE TIME MINI RETREAT NOV 30th 12~4
Let us gather and continue to grow the community through support and making time for ourselves to retreat and enjoy Yule rituals that bring peace during this season. Tessa is hosting a Mini Retreat for those interested in learning more about and experiencing how the gentle practice of Microdosing can help bring more mindfulness to your intention. We will be practicing herbal ritual with meditation followed by a sound bath and guided meditation with Christine of Emotional Frequency Sound Healing. Pre-registration is required and appreciated.
