Our Elevate retreat is a 3 hour Immersion designed for small groups that are looking to experience an elevated shift through incorporating Psilocybin to enhance the senses and help to connect with self and group on a deeper level.

 Retreat includes:

  • Welcome circle with Herbal Tea Ritual or Cacao Ceremony infused with Psilocybin Microdose
  • Open circle dialogue  for Intention setting of Microdose experience
  • Guided meditation accompanied by a crystal bowl sound bath
  • Closing circle for integration of experience and wrap up with sage clearing
  • Take home gifts include 1 hour follow-up coaching sessions with Tessa, journal for microdose reflection, stick of Palo Santo

Our 3 hour Ritual offering can be customized as a grounding retreat or a hands-on workshop. Focused on creating space for spiritual expansion through ritual and practices that bring intentional self care and Magick moments of guided clarity. 

Retreat includes:

  • Open circle to call in guides and set intention
  • Pendulum Q & A
  • Guided meditation accompanied by a crystal bowl sound bath
  • Closing circle for integration of experience and wrap up with sage clearing
  • Take home gifts include journal for processing and reflection of experience, pendulum and stick of Palo Santo

Our 3 hour Evolve retreat is created for groups or teams that are looking to Evolve to the next level. Whether wanting to ignite spiritual growth, looking to gain clarity on a personal or professional path or connect with a common goal with close ones or work teams, this offering 

can help with the evolution.

Retreat includes:

  • Welcome circle for intention setting
  • Tea Ceremony
  • Open circle dialogue to focus on common goal and affirmation
  • Guided Hypnotherapy Session accompanied by a crystal sound bath
  • Closing circle for integration of experience and wrap up with sage clearing
  • Take home gifts include  custom Herbal tea blend, journal to reflect on Hypnotherapy experience and further processing and a recording of the Hypnotherapy session to repeat on your own

This add-on is created to either enhance the Elevate Microdosing retreat with additional 1 hour of education or added time for questions/discussion or to add the enhanced experience of Microdosing  Psilocybin Ceremony to the Ritual or Evolve Retreats.

The added benefit of Microdosing brings a level of heightened awareness to any practice or retreat experience. If you have specific questions or concerns, reach

Customize your retreat by bringing the practice of breath and movement to connect, ground and balance your guests. Your 1 hour of customized yoga will be guided by Chris Silva, an experienced and deeply connected teacher (see bio on About Us page). Chris offers a variety of techniques that can be customized for any ability level or mobility restrictions and your class can be created 

with your retreat focus in mind

 including the perfect music 

that will enhance your yoga flow.

Your essential oil blend will be customized according to your retreat theme and desired energetic that will enhance your experience. We will choose the perfect essential oil aromas that will remind your guests of the beautiful experience that they can take with them anywhere to help balance in needed moments. 

Oil will be blended in a coconut MCT oil base, put into an amber glass roll-on and labeled for your guests to recall their experience. Only quality certified therapeutic grade essential oils are used.
