Sometimes, the distance between my mind, my body, and my spirit has been too painful to navigate, and I needed help. Tessa has helped me. I first met Tessa in 2019 after seeking relief from chronic pain from a fall. Tessa recommended bodywork every 3 weeks to relax my mind, body and spirit, it was a great decision. During our coaching she guided me to Microdosing which really supported me during a very challenging time. The support helped me emotionally and mentally and I have become more aware of my thoughts and how I communicate. I also have a much more positive outlook and overall calm.
